Customers who wish to purchase new or additional seats of Softimage can do so by purchasing either the Maya with Softimage or 3ds Max with Softimage transition offering.
These offerings are available via their local reseller and cannot be purchased through the Autodesk e-store. Each transition offering, Maya with Softimage or 3ds Max with Softimage, can be purchased as a new standalone license for the same price as a standalone license of Maya or 3ds Max. Please note that after the two-year transition period customers will no longer be able to purchase new licenses or rental plans of the Softimage transition offerings from Autodesk.
Autodesk plans to provide support and maintenance services to Softimage customers with active Autodesk Subscription contracts until April 30, or until the end of their contract in cases where an existing contract has a later expiry date. Okey , this is work for me.. I installed the software and it installed succesfully. I had a trouble,when i opened the max the script controler tab crash the max. I I searched about the problem and saw that it was a 3rd party plugin that was disturbing. Late i installed the security tools and solved my problem. Currently, I am using the 3dsmax version.
